Meet Our Pharmacist

Patrick Roberts PharmD

Patrick is the pharmacy manager of Randol Mill Pharmacy in Arlington, TX. Patrick lives locally in Mansfield with his family, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Patrick is eager to provide top-notched customer service combined with the feel of a family owned pharmacy to Arlington and the surrounding areas. At Randol Mill Pharmacy we strive to provide the 5 C's for every customer to the utmost of our ability. The 5 C's are our pharmacy philosophy and stand for Care, Convenience, Cost-Effectiveness, Confidentiality and Communication. Dr. Michelle Mazzagatti

Dr. Michelle Mazzagatti graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Biology as well as a Doctorate of Pharmacy. She completed a compounding internship at PCCA and has attended several PCCA educational seminars. She is also a certified immunizer. Michelle has always been passionate about compounding pharmacy. After working in retail pharmacy for 5 years, she decided to pursue her career in compounding with Randol Mill Pharmacy. Health care is not once-size-fits-all and she is committed to working with patients and physicians to provide individualized patient care with the best possible outcomes. Michelle loves spending her free time with her daughter, family and friends, exercising, traveling and is an active member at her church.

Sharee Lewis RPh

Sharee is a passionate Pharmacist behind the counter here at Randol Mill Pharmacy. Outside of her professional role at the pharmacy she is a proud resident of south Arlington. She deeply values the time she spend with her husband, their two adult children and treasure every opportunity she gets to spend with her adorable grandson. One of her biggest joys, apart from spending time with her family, is being a part of this incredible family-owned pharmacy. The essence of Randol Mill Pharmacy isn't just about medicines; it's about connections, smiles and heart warming charts. Sharee always believed in providing more than just prescriptions; it's about offering a listening ear and a friendly smile. To me, every one of customers is like family. Kayla Hester, RPh.

Among our esteemed team members is Kayla, a dedicated pharmacist who graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy. Her commitment to healthcare and the community is evident in every interaction she has with our patrons.Living in the picturesque town of Waxahachie with her loving husband, Kayla cherishes the moments spent with her family. While her daughter pursues her studies at the UTMB Physician Assistant School in Galveston, Kayla's son and daughter-in-law, also based in Waxahachie, are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the family's first grandchild. Moreover, in true testament to her caring nature, Kayla ensures she's always there for her mother who resides close by. A noteworthy aspect of Kayla's journey is her profound connection to the world of independent pharmacy ownership—a legacy passed down through her family. Driven by this legacy and her personal dedication to providing top-notch care, Kayla chose to continue her career at an independent pharmacy.
